We are located in the Roman City of Bath on the main A4 London Road. The store occupies almost 50,000 square feet so has a wonderful selection, including several exclusive and unusual ranges. Although the shop is a listed building, most areas are accessible by our lift and we are able to carry down furniture if required. Our contemporary showroom is located across the road from our main store.

Accessibility when visiting the store

TR Hayes is situated in an old building which is Grade II listed, and regrettably has certain access limitations.

A large part of our display areas can be accessed with ramps fitted, and lift access* to the main floors, but there are some smaller rooms which will be difficult to visit.

Our staff are always happy to assist where possible, and for smaller items we can even move them to an accessible area. We recommend contacting us prior to your visit to discuss any possible issues.

There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor, which can be accessed via the car park at the side of the store.

*please note, our customer lift is currently out of order, but the service lift can be used when accompanied by a member of staff. We are currently refurbishing certain areas of the store, which will cause some disruption and temporarily impact on accessibility – please contact us for more details.
