Location
We are located in the beautiful City of Bath on the main A4 London Road.
The store occupies almost 50,000 square feet over 7 floors and has a wonderful selection of furniture, including exclusive and unusual ranges.
There is a useful customer car park to the side of the store making visiting us that bit easier, as parking in Bath can be difficult.
The official address is 15-18 London Street, Bath BA1 5BX (at the top of Walcot Steet), and our contemporary showroom is located across the road from our main store.
Opening Hours and Parking
MAIN STORE:
Monday to Saturday 8:45am – 5:30pm
Sunday 10:30am – 4:30pm
CONTEMPORARY SHOWROOM (opposite main store):
Monday to Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday 10:30am – 4:30pm
Whilst visiting the store, you are welcome to use our customer car park, located at the side of the main store.

Accessibility when visiting the store
TR Hayes is situated in an old building which is Grade II listed, and regrettably has certain access limitations.
A large part of our display areas can be accessed with ramps fitted, and lift access* to the main floors, but there are some smaller rooms which will be difficult to visit.
Our staff are always happy to assist where possible, and for smaller items we can even move them to an accessible area. We recommend contacting us prior to your visit to discuss any possible issues.
There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor, which can be accessed via the car park at the side of the store.
*please note, our customer lift is currently out of order, but the service lift can be used when accompanied by a member of staff. We are currently refurbishing certain areas of the store, which will cause some disruption and temporarily impact on accessibility – please contact us for more details.
