Staingard Protect6 is a 6 year Furniture Care Plan offered direct from Staingard Protect. This gives you a simple way to request assistance if something goes wrong. Staingard Protect aim to respond quickly and effciently when you request support to attend to an incident that spoils the look or functionality of your furniture. Whether you choose a fabulous fabric or leather sofa, or a dining table and chairs, you can request assistance from this Furniture Care Plan if the appearance or functionality of your furniture has been affected by a mishap.

Staingard Protect aim to respond quickly and effciently when you request support to attend to an incident that spoils the look or functionality of your furniture.

Whether you choose a fabulous fabric or leather sofa, or a dining table and chairs, you can request assistance from this Furniture Care Plan if the appearance or functionality of your furniture has been affected by a mishap.

 

Protect6 will provide help and assistance in restoring your furniture when you encounter the following types of staining, damage or issues: Accidental Staining e.g. Food and drinks (e.g. coffee wine curry) Cosmetics, makeup or tanning products Bodily fluids (human or pets) Ink, paint, glue or dye transfer Was and wax polish Accidental Damage e.g. Rips, tears, burns, scuffs or scratches Pet damage (e.g. scratches, bites, soiling) Structural Issues e.g. (after manufacturers' warranty, typically 1 year) Broken or warped frames Faulty recliners or mechanisms Seam separation, peeling leather, faulty zips/buttons Loss of resiliency on fiam and fibre cushions   

What do I get with my Staingard Protect6 plan?

Protect6 will provide help and assistance in restoring your furniture when you encounter the following types of staining, damage or issues:

How it works

Report the damage within 21 days at staingard.co.uk or email protectservice@staingard.co.uk

The Staingard team will evaluate your request and may offer you support, such as cleaning, repair or a credit note to spend on new furniture.

Staingard Protect6 is a discretionary Furniture Care Plan. Full Furniture Care Plan terms are available at staingard.co.uk or from your retailer. Staingard Protect6 is administered by Staingard Limited

What isn't included

Staingard Proctect6 will help with most issues, but there are some things that are not included e.g.

Damage before delivery, or from commercial use
Damage from fire, flood or infestation
General wear and tear or fading
Misuse, neglect or use of unapproved cleaning products

Staingard Proctect6 is not offered on mattresses, garden/outdoor furniture, mirrors and accessories
