Delivery information

We offer a white glove 2-man delivery service. The product is taken to the room of choice and if required unwrapped on site and assembled in your room of choice.

Delivery charges are calculated by POST CODE, you can enter this in the basket or at the checkout stage. We deliver Monday to Friday.

When your goods are ready to be delivered to you, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. You will be given a 2-hour delivery window the day prior to delivery.
Please make sure there is adequate and safe access for delivery, especially of bulky items. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss this. Unattended delivery is at your risk.

 Long distance deliveries

We deliver to mainland England, Wales & Scotland (exclusions apply) We endeavour to deliver in stock items as soon as possible depending on the area. This usually takes approximately 1-2 weeks, however, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for more remote areas.

 Home assembly

For items that are time consuming to assemble (EG wardrobes etc) & Home Assembly is necessary this usually can be arranged in advance & additional charges may apply.

Returns

For hygiene reasons and the nature in which the products are used, once unwrapped and hygiene the seal broken, we are unable to accept returns on mattresses, toppers pillows or bedding or any item in direct contact with the skin unless faulty. Any product with a wide range of sizes or colour options numerous bases & or spring tensions which are not stock and bespoke ordered to individual requirements are exempt from the 14-day cooling off period & cannot be returned unless faulty.
