Ivory

The Ivory bedroom collection is crafted from solid Birch and Birch veneers combined with a unique, hand painted, lacquered finish.  Taking its inspiration from the designs of 18th century French furniture, the collection is stylish and sophisticated and the mellow tones and soft curves create a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere.  The distressed paint finish on this range is achieved through the application of several layers of paint which are then gently aged in places.  The hand finishing of each individual item and the appearance over time of hairline cracks in the paint finish - a natural part of the ageing process - results in a subtle variation in finish between pieces giving each piece its own unique character.

This range of furniture is also available unpainted in the Charlotte collection which has been crafted from solid Chinese oak with oak veneers finished in a clear lacquer which shows off the natural hue of the oak beautifully.
